Prior to forming The Trey Harrell Law Office, LLC, Attorney Trey Harrell served as a Federal Prosecutor with the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) task force. A true family man, Trey’s practice current focus is dealing with helping individuals get their life back together following a car accident. As a father of two small children, Trey truly understands the necessity of making sure that you get back on your feet and able to do what is necessary for your family.

Over the years, on top of his Personal Injury practice, Trey is able to utilize the extensive experience he has gained in the areas of Estate Planning as well as Criminal Defense. Prior to serving as a Federal Prosecutor, Attorney Trey Harrell was an associate at a prominent law firm where he worked on a variety of cases from DUIs to Wrongful Deaths as well as drafting Revocable Trusts and Last Will & Testaments. This lengthy experience gave Trey the confidence to be in court and capable of taking the case all the way to a jury for his clients if need be.

Additionally, Trey is a third generation Charlestonian and his roots in the community run deep. He is the grandson of Commissioner Robert W. “Bob” Harrell, Sr., former SCDOT Highway Commissioner, and the son of Speaker Robert W. “Bobby” Harrell, Jr., former Speaker of the South Carolina House of Representatives.

Trey and his wife, Amber, live in Mt. Pleasant with their two children. When he is not working with clients, he enjoys playing with his kids, being out on the water and rooting for his South Carolina Gamecocks.

Allie Kyber is a native born South Carolinian and was raised in Greenville for most of her adolescent years. She graduated from Clemson University cum laude with honors with a degree in Political Science, and dual minors in Business Administration and Spanish Studies. At the Trey Harrell Law Office, she works as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager to ensure all internal and external processes run in such a way that optimizes client relations and experience without sacrificing the fight to help them recover.

When Allie is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family at local restaurants and breweries, relaxing on the beach, and cheering for her Clemson Tigers.

Toni Laneve is a born and raised New Yorker from Syracuse, New York. She graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with her bachelor’s degree in Wellness Management and played collegiate lacrosse where she was the team’s leading scorer for 2 consecutive years. She then went on to attend law school at the Charleston School of Law, becoming a member of the South Carolina BAR in November 2022. At the Trey Harrell Law Office, Toni is the Associate Attorney, working alongside Trey and the team as an advocate for clients in their time of need.

Outside of the office, Toni enjoys her New York style pizza and bagels, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
